1. Bank Transfer
We accept direct bank transfers for payment. Once the service is completed, you will receive an invoice with our bank details. Please ensure to use your invoice number as the reference when making the transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, your transaction will be marked as settled.
2. Zip Pay and Zip Money
For added flexibility, we now offer payment options through Zip Pay and Zip Money. With Zip, you can choose to pay for your services over time with interest-free installments. To use Zip Pay or Zip Money follow the prompts to set up your payment plan by finalising this with the contract to make payment.
3. Debit and Credit Cards (Online or In Person)
We accept major debit and credit cards both online through our secure payment gateway and in person at the time of service. Our online payment system is encrypted to ensure your card information remains safe and confidential.
Terms and Conditions
Bank Transfer:
- Payments via bank transfer must be made within 20 days of invoice date.
- Please use the invoice number as the payment reference to ensure timely processing.
- In the event of a refund, we will process the amount back to the original bank account used for the transfer.
Zip Pay and Zip Money:
- Zip Pay and Zip Money transactions are subject to approval by Zip.
- Please refer to Zip's terms and conditions for information on fees, interest, and repayment schedules.
- Any issues with Zip payments should be addressed directly with Zip's customer service.
Debit and Credit Cards:
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, for card payments.
- Payments made in person will be processed securely using our card reader.
- For online payments, our system is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring the security of your card information.

Late Payment Policy
At Quick Lick Painting & Roof Restorations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which could affect payment timelines. However, it is essential for our operations that payments are made promptly upon completion of the job, typically within 21 days (three weeks) of invoicing.
In the event that an invoice remains unpaid beyond the 21-day limit, we reserve the right to escalate the matter by involving debt collection agencies. Unpaid invoices will be automatically referred to our designated debt collectors for further action.
Consequences of Late Payment
It is crucial for our clients to be aware of the consequences of failing to settle invoices within the specified timeframe. When an unpaid invoice is referred to debt collectors, the following consequences may occur:
- Collection Fees: Additional fees may be incurred due to the involvement of debt collection services.
- Impact on Credit Rating: Persistent failure to settle outstanding debts can negatively impact credit ratings and future financial transactions.
- Legal Action: Continued non-payment may result in legal action being pursued to recover the debt.
